Guest and Enrolled Loan Payments — Pay My Loan

Need to make a loan payment without logging into online banking? Our Pay My Loan service makes it easy to make a loan payment securely and conveniently.

You can use Pay My Loan to make a one-time guest payment, or you may choose to enroll for additional features such as recurring payments and access to certain loan-related information.

What is Pay My Loan?

Pay My Loan allows borrowers to make loan payments to The Citizens National Bank of Quitman without logging into online banking.

With Pay My Loan, you may be able to:

• Make a one-time guest loan payment;

• Enroll in the Pay My Loan service;

• Set up recurring payments;

• View certain loan-related information; and

• Manage scheduled payments or payment methods, if available.

This service is convenient for borrowers who need to make payments outside of online banking, as well as family members or co-borrowers assisting with a loan payment.

One-Time Guest Payments

If you only need to make a single payment, you can use the guest payment option. You will need to provide valid loan information and a payment method.

Guest payments do not require online banking login credentials or enrollment in Pay My Loan.

Enrollment and Recurring Payments

If you choose to enroll in Pay My Loan, you may be able to set up recurring loan payments and access certain loan-related information without logging into online banking.

Recurring payments allow you to schedule payments automatically based on the payment amount, frequency, payment date, and payment method you select.

Enrollment in Pay My Loan is not the same as enrolling in full online banking and may not provide access to all account features, statements, documents, or services available through online banking.

Safe & Secure

All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment portal.

For one-time guest payments, your full payment information is not stored after the transaction is complete.

If you enroll in Pay My Loan, payment information may be securely stored or tokenized by our service provider to support recurring payments or saved payment methods.

Convenience Fee

A $2.50 non-refundable convenience fee may apply for pay by check. A $5.00 non-refundable convenience fee may apply for pay by debit card.

Any applicable fee will be disclosed before you complete your payment or authorize a recurring payment.

You may avoid this fee by setting up eligible recurring payments or by visiting a branch.

Payment Cutoff Time

Payments submitted by 3:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on business days, Monday through Friday, will generally be credited the same day.

Payments submitted after 3:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on federal holidays will generally be posted the next business day.

Recurring payments scheduled for a weekend or federal holiday may be processed on the next business day or as otherwise disclosed during setup.

Important Notes

You must provide valid loan information and a valid payment method.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and that sufficient funds are available.

Use of Pay My Loan does not change the terms of your loan agreement or your obligation to make timely payments.

Loan information displayed through Pay My Loan may not reflect all account activity in real time. For official account information, payoff quotes, disputes, statements, or other loan servicing questions, please contact us directly.
