How do I sign up for on-line banking?

The applications for online banking may be requested by phone toll free 877-687-7575, locally 263-7575, or in person at our office at 100 East Stevens Street, Quitman, GA 31643.

What are your hours of operation?

The bank’s lobby is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 to 4:00 and Friday from 9:00 to 5:30. The drive-in is open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 to 4:30 and Friday from 8:30 to 5:30 and Saturday from 8:30 to 12:00.

 The bank offers personal and business checking, N.O.W and money market checking, savings, debit cards, and an array of personal and business loans. We have safe deposit boxes, a variety of Certificate of Deposit choices, and cashiers checks. Please visit the bank for a full line of our services!

Do I need an appointment to apply for a loan?

You may call for an appointment or stop by at your convenience and ask to speak to one of our friendly loan officers. You may also stop by and pick up a loan application form to complete at home.

 If I want to open a deposit account what do I need to bring?

 
 A: 

Please bring your social security card and valid driver's license or valid government ID and your initial deposit. Further residence information will be required if your ID has a Post Office Box only. For joint accounts each account holder will be required to be present.

How do I set up Direct Deposit on my Social Security check?

You can have your social security check directly deposited into your Citizens National Bank of Quitman checking or savings account. Please contact a customer service representative toll free 877-687-7575 or locally 263-7575. You may come by the bank at 100 East Stevens Street, Quitman, GA and we will be happy to assist you.
